02 — Receive Your Offer
After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll send you:

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

We can arrange a call to finalize specifications and align on every detail before moving forward.

03 — Sample Development
Once details are confirmed, we develop your custom sample.
• Samples are produced upon full sample payment
• Pricing depends on design and complexity
You’ll review fit, fabric, print/embroidery, labeling, and finishing.
Any refinements are implemented before bulk production begins.
Approval = green light for production.
04 — Bulk Production
After sample approval:
• 50% deposit is required to begin manufacturing
• Production timeline starts after deposit confirmation
Your order moves into cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labeling, and strict quality control.
Every piece is produced with consistency and precision.
05 — Completion & Delivery
Once production is completed:
• Remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch
Your products are packed securely and prepared for shipment — ready to stock, launch, or distribute.
