Return & Refund Policy

At The Khane, we supply ready-made, ready-stock, wholesale, bulk, custom and private-label apparel. Because our products may be supplied in bulk or manufactured according to specific client requirements, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail purchases.

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, The Khane may begin allocating stock, materials, production capacity, printing, embroidery, packaging or other resources specifically for the order.

For bulk, wholesale and custom orders, cancellation after production or order processing has commenced is generally not permitted due to a change of mind or a change in the client's requirements.

This includes situations where the client:

• No longer requires the products;
• Changes their preferred design, colour or specifications after approval;
• Changes their business or marketing requirements;
• Decides not to resell the products; or
• No longer wishes to proceed with the order.

2. Refunds After Delivery

Once an order has been fulfilled and delivered, a full refund is not automatically available simply because the client is dissatisfied with the products or has changed their mind.

Where a client reports an issue, The Khane will assess the matter based on the order specifications, approved artwork or samples where applicable, product condition and the nature of the reported issue.

Where an issue is reasonably correctable, The Khane will seek to resolve it through reprinting, re-production, replacement or other appropriate corrective action.

3. Manufacturing Errors & Damaged Garments

If garments are found to have a genuine manufacturing error, production defect or damage attributable to The Khane, the affected garments will be reviewed.

Where appropriate, The Khane will re-produce, reprint or replace the affected garments at no additional production cost to the client.

Examples may include:

• Incorrect garment specifications;
• Production-related defects;
• Incorrect print placement;
• Materially incorrect print size;
• Significant production-related colour deviation;
• Incorrect customization; or
• Damage attributable to the manufacturing or handling process.

Where only part of an order is affected, the corrective action will generally apply to the affected garments rather than automatically cancelling or refunding the entire order.

4. Ready-Made & Ready-Stock Garments

Ready-made and ready-stock garments that have not been customized are also subject to this policy.

Clients should inspect ready-made or ready-stock garments promptly after delivery and report any suspected defect, damage or incorrect item as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where The Khane has supplied an incorrect, defective or damaged garment, the affected item will be assessed and, where appropriate, replaced or otherwise rectified.

Change-of-mind requests are not automatically eligible for a refund or return.

5. Custom & Private-Label Garments

Custom, private-label and made-to-order garments are produced according to the client's approved requirements.

This may include:

• Custom garments;
• Custom colours;
• Custom printing;
• Embroidery;
• Woven or printed labels;
• Custom sizing;
• Custom packaging;
  
• Private-label branding; and
• Other client-specific specifications.

Because these products are made or customized specifically for the client, they are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind after production has commenced.

6. Client-Supplied Artwork

Clients are responsible for providing artwork of suitable quality for the intended printing process.

If artwork supplied by the client is blurry, pixelated, low-resolution, compressed or otherwise unsuitable, these limitations may appear in the final printed product.

The Khane cannot guarantee that a printed garment will contain greater image detail or clarity than the source artwork provided.

Where an issue results from limitations inherent in client-supplied artwork, it will not automatically be considered a manufacturing defect.

7. Artwork, Sample & Specification Approval

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving their artwork, samples and production specifications before production begins.

Approved specifications may include:

• Garment type;
• Fabric and GSM;
  
• Colour;
  
• Quantity;
  
• Artwork;
  
• Print method;
  
• Print size;
  
• Print placement;
  
• Embroidery;
  
• Labels; and
  
• Other customization requirements.

Where bulk production materially differs from the agreed specifications due to an error in production, the affected garments will be assessed and an appropriate corrective action may be provided.

Normal manufacturing and printing variations may occur and do not automatically constitute a defect.

8. Complaints & Quality Claims

Clients should inspect their order promptly upon delivery and notify The Khane of any suspected issue as soon as reasonably practicable.

A complaint should include:

• Order or invoice number;
  
• Description of the issue;
  
• Quantity affected;
  
• Clear photographs and/or videos;
  
• Relevant artwork or specifications where applicable; and
  
• Sample photographs where applicable.

The Khane may request physical inspection of the affected garments where necessary.

Clients should avoid washing, altering, modifying, reprinting or otherwise using affected garments before the issue has been reviewed.

9. Resolution of Complaints

The Khane will assess complaints based on the available information and evidence, including the order specifications, artwork, approved samples, product condition and production details where applicable.

Where a genuine production issue or defect is identified, The Khane will make reasonable efforts to resolve the affected garments through reprinting, re-production, replacement or another appropriate corrective solution at no additional production cost.

Our aim is to resolve legitimate product issues efficiently while ensuring that orders are assessed according to the specifications agreed and approved by the client.
